What is the minimum order for export from India?
MOQ for export is 500 pcs for jute bags, 300 pcs for cotton tote and canvas bags. For mixed orders combining multiple bag types, MOQ is 500 pcs total.
What are the export payment terms?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), LC (Letter of Credit) and PayPal. Standard terms: 30-50% advance, balance before shipment. For repeat buyers, 30 days credit may be extended.
What is the shipping time from India to Europe / USA?
Sea freight from Kolkata: UK 30-35 days, Germany 32-38 days, USA (East Coast) 25-30 days, Australia 18-22 days, UAE 10-14 days.
